Services
DistElectronic acts as a liaison between independent labels and digital music retailers. We service both parties by providing legal, technical and marketing assistance as well as collective bargaining power for the labels.
Specific label services (A number of these services are also available a la carte):
- A centralized contact for all digital distribution needs
- Consolidated monthly payments of royalties
- Standardized agreements for all digital music retailers (DMRs)
- Encoding and encryption services
- Management of related album information (titles, artwork, etc.)
- Delivery of all content
- Standardized reporting for music purchased
- A centralized point for raising issues and concerns
- Special marketing programs with each DMR to increase label brand awareness and better product position in each service
- Better licensing rates and service through collective bargaining
DistElectronic also acts as the digital distribution arm for independent brick-and-mortar distributors. Please contact us for more information.
